Kelly Gabos

Kelly Gabos has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kelly began their career as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP, where they handled various legal matters, including litigation, employment, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. Kelly managed all stages of disputes and conducted extensive research and motion practice.

In 2017, Kelly joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Senior Counsel and later transitioned to the role of Assistant General Counsel. In this position, they served as a commercial attorney for the oral drug delivery business unit, drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting investigations of customer disputes, and providing counsel on risk-reducing strategies.

Kelly then moved to Bausch Health Companies Inc. in 2019, where they worked as a Director of Legal. Kelly supported both branded and generic prescription drug businesses by drafting and negotiating contracts, analyzing promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations, and serving on promotional review committees.

Most recently, Kelly joined Shionogi Inc. as a Senior Pharmaceutical Counsel in 2022.

Kelly Gabos completed their education at Boston University School of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a J.D. degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended Lafayette College from 1997 to 2001, earning a B.S. degree in Psychology. Kelly also holds additional certifications, including being admitted to practice in the District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Central District of Illinois. Furthermore, they possess a Massachusetts Law License from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and a New Jersey Law License from the New Jersey Board of Bar Examiners.
