Ryan Coletti

Ryan Coletti has extensive experience in intellectual property and litigation. From 2021 to the present, they hold the role of Vice President, Intellectual Property and Litigation at Shionogi Inc. Prior to that, they worked at AbbVie for nine years, starting in 2012. During their time at AbbVie, they held various roles including Sr. Counsel, IP Litigation, Director of Litigation Counsel at Forest Laboratories, Director of Litigation Counsel at Actavis & Allergan, and Sr. Counsel. Before joining AbbVie, they worked as an Associate at Paul Hastings LLP from 2010 to 2012 and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2007 to 2010. Ryan began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey from 2006 to 2007. Ryan also had a summer associate position at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto in 2005.

Ryan Coletti obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry at Haverford College from 1999 to 2003.
