Yvonne Turla Pharmd

Yvonne Turla, PharmD has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Yvonne started their career in 2004 as a Medical Office Administrator at Feiler Associates and worked there for two years. In 2006, they joined Acme Markets as a Pharmacy Intern and stayed with the company for four years.

In 2010, Yvonne joined Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson as a Medical Information professional for a year. Yvonne then moved to Purdue Pharma L.P. in 2011 and worked as a Medical Information Services Manager for four years.

During the same year, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers University's Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. In 2012, they started working as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut, where they stayed until 2015.

Yvonne joined Shionogi Inc. in 2015 and held various positions within the company's Medical Information department. Yvonne started as the Manager and worked their way up, becoming a Senior Manager in 2017, an Associate Director in 2018, and ultimately the Director of Medical Information in 2020. Yvonne is currently still in this role. Overall, Yvonne has gained extensive experience in medical information and has contributed to various organizations in the pharmaceutical industry.

Yvonne Turla, PharmD pursued their education in a chronological order. Yvonne began their academic journey in 2000 at New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, completing their studies in 2004.

In 2006, they joined Temple University School of Pharmacy and dedicated herself to the study of Pharmacy. Four years later, in 2010, Yvonne successfully completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at Temple University School of Pharmacy.

Following their Pharm.D., Yvonne continued their education in 2010 with a Post-Doctoral Fellowship program at Rutgers University. This fellowship specialized in the Pharmaceutical Industry and was completed in 2011.
