Allie McLaughlin

Allie McLaughlin, SHRM-CP, serves as the President for Texas at Ship OGRE, a leading technology and logistics services company focused on transforming the supply chain industry through innovation and client-centric solutions, since February 2025. Prior to this role, Allie worked as a Human Resources Manager at Amino Transport from June 2014 until its acquisition by Ship OGRE, and as a Corporate Recruiter at Texas Roadhouse from March 2006 to June 2014, starting as a host while completing undergraduate studies. Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish/English language and literature from the University of North Texas, earned between 2009 and 2014.
