Kristi Hart

Kristi Hart serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of People Operations at Ship OGRE since December 2022. Prior to this, Kristi held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at United Ability from May 2014 to December 2022, where work focused on supporting individuals with disabilities and enhancing their community connections. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Time Inc. Lifestyle Group, overseeing talent strategy and employee relations, and at Southern Progress Corporation, where Kristi developed significant HR policies and learning opportunities. Kristi began a career in recruiting with The Corban Group and Adecco. Kristi earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Auburn University.
