Walied Aglan

Walied Aglan has extensive work experience in operations and project management roles. Walied currently serves as the Head of Operations at ShipBlu (YC S21), where they are responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of services to clients. In this role, they participate in policy development, master planning, and implementation.

Prior to ShipBlu, Walied worked as a Project Manager (consultant) at The Mobility Family, where they developed project plans, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures. Walied also served as a Fleet Operations Manager at OPEX Egypt, where they developed strategic plans and objectives, monitored key performance indicators, and prepared performance reports.

Additionally, Walied has experience as a Transportation Manager (consultant) at Delta Galil Industries and an Operations Manager (consultant) at Al Rahma Hospital. Walied also served as a Logistics and Distribution Manager at Almanea and an Operations & Transportation Manager at Sunshine Tours.

Throughout their career, Walied has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to optimize workflows and achieve goals.

Walied Aglan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Military Science degree in Management Science from the military academy between 1994 and 1998.
