Zach G.

Zach G. has a strong background in information technology, with their most recent role as Director of Information Technology at ShipEX since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Manager at ShipEX from April 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining ShipEX, Zach was a Team Lead at Executech from May 2018 to February 2019, and a Senior IT Consultant at Executech from December 2013 to May 2018.

Earlier in their career, Zach worked as a Cloud Server Support Engineer at VPS.NET from August 2012 to December 2013.

Zach also has experience in the field of tech support, having worked as a Network Operations Center Supervisor at YESCO from June 2012 to August 2012, a Tier 2 Tech Support at YESCO from May 2010 to June 2012, and a Tier 1 Tech Support at YESCO from February 2010 to May 2010.

Additionally, Zach has entrepreneurial experience, as they were the owner of Little Guy Electronics LLC from December 2010 to June 2012. In this role, they managed the operations of setting up networking devices and networked home theater systems for clients, scheduling installation technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Zach G. began their education in 2008 at Northern Virginia Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. After completing their studies there in 2009, they went on to attend Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. Zach graduated from Utah State University in 2013 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).

In addition to their formal education, Zach has obtained several certifications. In May 2015, they became a Certified SonicWall Security Administrator. Later, in October 2017, they achieved the status of a Sophos Certified Engineer, followed by becoming a Sophos Certified Sales Consultant in May 2018.
