Chris Nielsen

Chris Nielsen is a seasoned professional in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Carrier Development at ShipEX Logistics since January 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Business Development Manager at The Gilbert Company, where responsibilities included securing various transportation lanes for motor carriers. Chris also served as Vice President of Carrier Services at SOAR Transportation Group, focusing on staff development and training. Earlier experience includes coaching Account Managers at England Logistics, as well as roles as Senior Capacity Manager and Capacity Manager. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Sales from Weber State University.
