Allison Follini has a varied work experience. Allison began in 2013 as a Catering Coordinator for Jason's Deli. In 2016, they worked as an Office Assistant for the Office of Student Development and Success at UNC Charlotte, and was also an ENGR 1201 Preceptor/Teaching Assistant. In 2017, they were an Operational Excellence Intern at Ingersoll Rand. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at BEDGEAR, first as a Performance Engineer and then as a Performance Engineering Intern. Most recently, they have been a Technical Account Manager and Technical Customer Success Manager at ShipHawk.

Allison Follini graduated from Ronald Wilson Reagan High School in 2013 with a High School Diploma. Allison then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management in 2018. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in November 2016.
