Dormer Stephen serves as the Chair of the Corporate Department at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, a role held since January 2012. As a transactional attorney, Dormer specializes in venture capital, private equity and debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Responsibilities include representing Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, emerging companies, and investment banks in various transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments and acquisitions.
