Nemal Perera, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Project Management at ShipMonk, where responsibilities include leading enterprise projects and establishing a new PMO to enhance operational excellence and strategic alignment. Previously, at Office Depot, Perera held the position of Sr. Manager for Special Projects & E-Com Marketplaces, driving growth initiatives and overseeing critical projects such as the launch of Amazon Today. Prior experience includes directing global operations at LSArts, Inc., managing vendor compliance at Hollander Sleep Products, and ensuring regulatory adherence at CreditGUARD of America. Perera holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
