Xiaoyan (Rebecca) Fan is a versatile professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and project management. Currently, Xiaoyan serves as the Co-Founder of ShipOut Inc. and EzeeShip, and holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at LearnPlay, Inc. Past roles include Laser Module Marketing & Sales Manager at Elite Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., International Sales Manager/Co-owner at Heng An Fashion Garment Factory, Project Coordinator at Sandvik Materials Technology AB, and Project Manager at Promotheo AB. Xiaoyan holds a Master’s degree in Information Communication Technology with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Information Technology from Beijing Information Communication Technology Institute.
