Ariana Menezes has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Ariana is currently working as the Head of Customer Success at Americanas S.A., a role they assumed in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Strategy and Performance Manager at Americanas Delivery from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Americanas S.A., Ariana worked at SKY Brasil, where they held two positions. Ariana started as a Quality and Control Supervisor in February 2017, where they strategically managed processes and implemented monitoring systems to improve customer experience. Ariana later became a Processes and Implementations Manager in November 2019, responsible for implementing cognitive monitoring systems and ensuring efficient processes.

Ariana also worked at Mutant as a Planning Coordinator from March 2012 to February 2017. In this role, they were in charge of strategic planning and production of quality operations, conducting analysis and contributing to action plans to achieve company objectives.

Ariana began their career at Voran Tecnologia as a Senior Project Implementation Analyst from March 2012 to January 2013, and at VOXLINE Contact Center as an Assistant Planner from March 2009 to March 2012. In these roles, they handled traffic control, service levels, and developed reports and strategies to improve client results.

Throughout their career, Ariana Menezes has demonstrated their expertise in customer success, strategy and performance management, quality control, process improvement, and planning.

Ariana Menezes has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate MBA degree in Project Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 2015, they completed a course in SQL Server at Cubo Tecnologia, focusing on information technology. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they attended Centro Universitário Ítalo Brasileiro - Uniítalo, where they obtained a degree in Process Management, specializing in Business Administration. Additionally, in 2013, Ariana acquired advanced Excel skills through a course at SENAC.
