Anastasia B. began their work experience in 1998 as a National Key Account Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil, where they managed accounts and built partnerships in the HORECA channel. Anastasia then became a Trade Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil, focusing on foodstores and HORECA.
In 2005, Anastasia joined Danone Aqua as a Trade Marketing Senior Manager, leading the AQUA brand and launching new products. Anastasia later became the Channel & Category Marketing Director, responsible for developing marketing and category strategies. Anastasia also managed the Field Force and Electric Cooler division.
From 2013 to 2014, Anastasia worked at PT Sari Husada as the Head of Category & Channel Development. Anastasia developed and implemented category and channel strategies, translated marketing strategies into channel plans, and managed the Field Force organization.
Anastasia then joined Philips Lighting in 2015 as a Consumer Marketing Senior Manager, where they developed and implemented consumer marketing programs to drive sell out and LED leadership.
In 2016, Anastasia became the Head of Channel Marketing B2C at Samsung Electronics. Anastasia developed and implemented channel strategies, drove demand generation, and collaborated with key customers and dealers.
From 2018 to 2019, Anastasia worked at Bizzy Indonesia as the Marketplace Vendor Partnership Lead, overseeing the e-procurement platform and vendor partnerships.
In 2019, Anastasia joined PT Mustika Ratu Tbk as the Head of B2B Business Development. Anastasia generated commercial revenue, led brand collaborations, and launched innovative products targeting young generations.
Most recently, Anastasia has been working as an Independent Consultant since 2022.
Anastasia B. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Deakin University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Anastasia then pursued a linguistic/language course at Feng Chia University from 1994 to 1995, with a focus on Mandarin Language. Apart from their formal education, Anastasia also obtained several additional certifications. In 2018, they completed a Leadership Fundamental course at Dale Carnegie Training™ Indonesia - PT Dasindo Media. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking and Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn. Most recently, in February 2021, Anastasia acquired a certification in SEO for Social Media, also from LinkedIn.
