Hanin Nuris Utami

Hanin Nuris Utami has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Social Media Coordinator at MNC Media for a short period. Hanin Nuris then moved to Eni, where they served as Logistics & Operations Support, assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Logistics department. In 2019, they joined Shell as a Real Estate Acquisition - Retail Network, responsible for land acquisition for Company Owned Petrol Stations. Hanin Nuris maintained and handled documentation for more than 100 successful land acquisitions. After that, they joined CBRE as a Property and Transaction Management Supervisor, managing property management for Shell Petrol Stations in Indonesia. Hanin Nuris successfully renewed three contracts and optimized areas for new development. Their most recent position is with Shipper, where they started in 2022. Currently, they work as a Property Management Team Lead, managing and handling more than 150 warehouses. Hanin Nuris also handles facility management processes and leads the property management team. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Estate Specialist, handling the acquisition of new warehouses and conducting commercial negotiations with landlords.

Hanin Nuris Utami completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at Universitas Padjadjaran from 2014 to 2018.
