Mina Yulia

Mina Yulia has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting their career in 2006 at PT. XL Axiata Tbk as a Customer Support Representative, they served customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and attracting potential customers. Mina then worked as an Administrative Officer at Global Solusindo Kompudata from March 2009 to May 2010. Following that, they joined ANZ as a Call Center Representative from June 2010 to October 2011. At Groupon, Mina worked as a Customer Service Supervisor from December 2011 to November 2016, where they ensured excellent communication, problem-solving, and professional phone etiquette skills within the customer service team. Mina also handled work procedures, appraisals, performance management reviews, and supervised timely and accurate customer calls.
