Sandi Paulus is an experienced logistics and operations executive with a comprehensive background in managing end-to-end contract logistics and supply chain processes across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Contract Logistics at Shipper since 2023, Sandi has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Logistics at GudangAda and Vice President of Operations at Lazada, where Sandi achieved notable improvements in delivery efficiency and compliance. Earlier career experiences include key positions at PT Integriya Dekorindo, Puninar Logistics, Shell, Nestle, Kodeco Energy Co., Ltd., and the Government of Surabaya, reflecting a strong foundation in sales operations, project logistics, and supply chain management.
