Ardiansyah Fajeri, ST, MM has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ardiansyah Fajeri, is currently working as the Strategic Project Senior Lead at Shipper since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Special Staff for the CEO and Vice President of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) from January 2018 to December 2020. Ardiansyah Fajeri, also held the position of President Director of PT. Baturaja Multi Usaha from January 2018 to October 2020.

Furthermore, Fajeri worked as the Deputy to Supply Chain Director at PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk from October 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they had a long and successful tenure at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, where they held various managerial positions such as Logistics Improvement Manager, Logistics Project Manager, Export and Shipping Manager, Warehouse and Distribution Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Key Account Sales. Ardiansyah Fajeri, worked at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk from 2001 to 2015.

Fajeri began their career as a Cement and Concrete Researcher at Universitas Sriwijaya from March 2000 to August 2001. Throughout their career, Fajeri has accumulated valuable experience in leadership, project management, logistics, sales, and research.

Ardiansyah Fajeri, obtained a Master's degree in Magister of Management from the University of Indonesia, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya, graduating from 1996 to 2001. Before pursuing higher education, they completed their senior high school education in Physics at Senior High School (SMAN) 2 Tanjung Karang, Bandar Lampung from 1993 to 1996.
