Alisha Hillstrom

Alisha Hillstrom has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alisha began their career at Hollywood Video as a Shift Manager and Key Holder, where they managed a team of five employees and successfully achieved monthly sales targets. Alisha then worked at Target, starting as a Target Protections Specialist before being promoted to Team Member and eventually becoming a Human Resources Team Leader. In these roles, they handled daily phone calls with local police departments, conducted interviews, onboarded new team members, and facilitated training and logistics processes. After their tenure at Target, Alisha worked as a Recruiter and Area Supervisor at SAS Retail Services, where they sourced, interviewed, and onboarded applicants for field positions and led and managed merchandising teams in multiple states. Alisha'smost recent position was at Shippers Supply, Inc. as a Human Resources and Executive Coordinator, where they provided coordination support for the HR department and executives. Additionally, as a child care provider and owner, Alisha conferred with parents, facilitated educational activities, and organized educational field trips.

Alisha Hillstrom completed their Associate in Arts degree at North Hennepin Community College from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing at the University of Minnesota Crookston, graduating in 2012.
