Leonardo Larrea

Leonardo Larrea has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Asistente de Departamento Tecnico en Espol (MARITIMA) for Espol. In 2008, they moved to Asistec, where they worked as an Instalacion y Mantenimiento de Servidores y equipos de Red, Cableado Estructurado. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Innovative Venture as a Mobile Developer. In 2014, they joined Criptext as a Mobile & Front-end Developer. In 2015, they began working at Zigotaxi as a Software Architect, and also started at Shippify as a VP of Software Engineering, Routing Product Engineer / DBA / R&D / DevOps, and Lead Developer.

Leonardo Larrea obtained an Engineer in Computer Science degree from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral in 2013, majoring in Computer Science. In July 2022, they also obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
