Lucas Grossi

Lucas Grossi has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Lucas began their career in 2011 as an International Logistics and Supply Chain at Jabil. In 2012, they worked as an Investment Advisor at XP INVESTIMENTOS. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Nemak in Outbound Logistics and Overseas Logistics roles. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Shippify, first as Country Launcher - Brazil, then as Country Manager - Brazil, and finally as Chief Operating Officer - Global. In 2022, they were a YLAI; C-level fellow at Werner Enterprises and an Entrepreneur Fellow at YLAI / Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.
