Kenji Nishito has worked in the tech industry since 2008, starting with an internship at Life-Escort. Kenji then worked as a Human Capitalist for forStarups from 2018 to 2019 before becoming a Product Manager for \u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e\u30a8\u30af\u30b5\u30a6\u30a3\u30b6\u30fc\u30ba/ExaWizards Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Kenji is currently working as a Product Designer for Shippio. Prior to their current role, Kenji was a CX/UX consultant in beBit Japan, where they specialized in service planning and design, as well as CX/UX consulting. Kenji has studied user experience and design thinking at Stanford d. school (US), ENPC (France), aalto (Finland), and Titech (Japan). Kenji is fluent in English.
Kenji Nishito obtained their Master degree in Human Factors from Tokyo Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2013. Kenji also attended Stanford University between 2010 and 2011 for a course in Design Thinking. Additionally, they completed a course in Design Thinking and Innovation at Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées between 2010 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained their Industrial Engineering and Management degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010, with a focus on Human Factor, User Experience, and Industrial Engineering.
