Aman Sharma has worked in the industry since 2013. Aman began their career as a Sr. Customer Care Executive at Credit One Bank. In 2013, they also took on the role of Online Sales Executive at Max Bupa, where they were responsible for sales through Inbound and Outbound sales. In 2015, they became a Project Assistant at Snapdeal, where their responsibilities included updating product contents and handling seller feedback. Aman then joined Shiprocket 360 in 2018 as a Key Account Manager and Customer Success, and in 2022 they were promoted to Associate Manager at Shiprocket.

Aman Sharma completed their 10th grade in 2006 from CBSE in General Studies. Aman then completed their 10+2 from CBSE in Arts in 2009. Following this, they attended Allahabad Agricultural Institute from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business/Corporate Communications.
