Parminder Sehgal

Parminder Sehgal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They have held various leadership roles in customer operations and call center management. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Operations at Shiprocket. Prior to this, they served as the Divisional Head of Customer Experience at DishTV and as the Service Delivery Leader at Tech Mahindra Limited. They also held senior managerial positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited, TeleTech Services India Limited, Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd, Venture Infotek Gobal Pvt. Ltd, and Citicorp Credit Services India Ltd. Throughout their career, Parminder has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, overseeing operations, and meeting KPI targets.

Parminder Sehgal completed an Executive MBA in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation from the University of Meghalaya in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they completed between 1991 and 1994.
