Austin Dsouza

Austin Dsouza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Austin began their career at Intelenet Global Services as a Team Coach, where they managed a team of customer service executives and monitored their performance. In 2010, they joined Seven Seas Group - Maritime Services as a Team Leader, responsible for providing accurate quotations to customers and participating in competitive tender bids. Austin later became a Team Leader for eCommerce, where they maintained eCommerce integrations and handled web shop operations. Austin then took on the role of Operations Manager, overseeing the setup and management of a Shared Service Center, implementing lean operations and significantly improving win rates for key accounts. Austin also served as a Business Process Manager and Product Owner for SCINT, a sales system, where they implemented a uniform sales process across the group and integrated it with Dynamics 365. Currently, Austin is working as a Senior Business Process Manager at ShipServ, managing the planning and delivery of maritime procurement solutions. Under their leadership, they implemented a supplier efficiency program called BuyerConnect, which significantly increased transaction volume processed in 2019 compared to the previous year.

Austin Dsouza completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Management from St. Xavier's College, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from different institutions. In July 2019, they completed a Project Management certification from Alison - Free Online Learning.
