Saurish Nandi

Saurish Nandi has a diverse range of work experience in the maritime industry. Saurish is currently working at ShipServ as the Head of Industry Insights & Operations. Prior to this, they were employed at OSM Maritime Group as the Procurement, Projects & PMS, and at SPOOLIFY as a Co-Founder. Saurish also founded Proternio Consulting and served as the CEO. Additionally, Saurish was a Co-Founder & Chief Loyalty Officer at SeaMiles Rewards and a Participating Startup at Techstars. Saurish co-founded BlocBox.io and worked as the CTO. Earlier in their career, Saurish held various positions at Rickmers Group, Wrist Ship Supply, and Selandia Shipmangement (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Saurish'sroles included Vice President Procurement, Procurement Manager, Business Development Manager, and Head of Purchasing. Throughout their career, Saurish has demonstrated expertise in procurement, project management, business development, and technology innovation in the maritime industry.

Saurish Nandi has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. In 1998-2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering. In 2004, they earned a Diploma in Export & Import Management from the Indian Merchant Chamber of Commerce & Industry, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2006, Saurish obtained a Certificate in International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (IPSCM) from the International Trade Centre. In 2008-2009, they pursued Purchasing and Supply Chain Management further, earning a Diploma from Northwest Kent College, UK. Moving into a different field, Saurish pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the S P Jain School of Global Management from 2010-2012. Finally, in 2018, they focused on Information Technology and completed a course on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
