From 2008 to 2011, they were a Software Developer for DirectEmployers Association. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Software Engineer for DiscipleData, Inc. From 2013 to 2022, they were the Chief Technology Officer for Backhaul Direct. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer for ShipSigma.

Chris Erazmus attended Ball State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
