Dhruv Sawhney

Dhruv Sawhney is the co-founder and CEO of ShipsKart. Dhruv has over 10 years of maritime experience, having worked with Bourbon and A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Master Mariner. Dhruv has also worked in various oil fields such as Zaqqum, Al Shaheen and Pointe Noire, Congo. In their role as CEO of ShipsKart, Dhruv is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the company.

Dhruv Sawhney has a background in nautical science and attended the Applied Research International school in New Delhi for their pre-sea training. Dhruv also attended the Apeejay Stya Education institution (Svran Foundation) for their higher secondary examinations. Dhruv then went on to earn their Bachelor of Nautical Science from the University of Mumbai.
