Shikha V has a diverse range of work experience. Shikha started their career as a Summer Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Assistant Manager Sales Marketing at Goodlife Technologies Pvt Ltd. Then, they joined R.R.E. Foods And Soft Drinks Pvt.Ltd. in 2019 and held the roles of Head Of Procurement and Purchase & Operations Head until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Key Account Manager - Vendor Relations at ShipsKart. Throughout their career, Shikha has gained experience in various areas, including vendor management, digital marketing, supply chain management, and budgeting.

Shikha V completed their education in a chronological manner. Shikha started their academic journey in 2010 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they pursued their 12th grade and specialized in the field of Mathematics. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Rajasthan Technical University in Kota and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a short gap, they resumed their studies in 2018 and completed their Bachelor of Education from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in 2019, specializing in Maths and English.
