Jonathan Malone

Jonathan Malone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonathan is currently working as a Product Lead at ShipStation since May 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Product Lead at Auctane from May 2020 to April 2022. Jonathan also served as a Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at uShip from May 2017 to April 2020.

Before joining uShip, Jonathan worked at Self Lender as a Product Manager, where they oversaw feature development and growth, compiled business requirements, and managed agile scrum teams. Jonathan also worked as a Business Analyst at Self Lender.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Radian as a Risk Analyst III, Risk Analyst II, Analyst, and Junior Analyst, where they were responsible for risk, operational, and financial reporting. Jonathan also developed industry-leading reporting packages and analyzed large datasets.

Jonathan started their career as a Financial Analyst at Whealin & Associates. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in product management, risk analysis, and financial reporting throughout their career.

Jonathan Malone has a diverse education history. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Eastern University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they participated in an exchange program at Chongqing University, focusing on Chinese Language and Culture.

Afterward, Jonathan pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skillset. Jonathan completed the Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School in April 2020. In November 2018, they earned the Pragmatic Marketing: Foundations certification from Pragmatic Marketing. Furthermore, Jonathan acquired the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2018 and became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Integris Performance Advisors in May 2013.
