Amy Benson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Amy is currently the Chief People and Community Officer at Shipt since January 2023. Previously, they worked at Target in various HR leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources from March 2021 to February 2023. Amy led HR Directors and Business Partners supporting different teams and provided direct HR support to key executives. Amy also played a crucial role in talent management, development, and culture strategies for Target's food and beverage business. Additionally, Amy has extensive experience in human resources, including roles in global supply chain and logistics, merchandising, marketing, and benefits consulting at Target.
