Juliann Wheeler

Juliann Wheeler is a seasoned design leader with significant experience in product design and design systems. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer for Shipt since August 2024, Juliann previously held the position of Senior Product Design Manager at Gusto from November 2019 to August 2024, where leadership on Workbench, Gusto's design system, facilitated the enablement of over 250 product designers and engineers. Prior experience includes serving as Head of User Experience Design at Esurance, where Juliann significantly improved the Net Promoter Score and oversaw a comprehensive rebrand across multiple products. Other roles include managing a UX team and leading design efforts for major product launches at Esurance, and UI design positions at CrowdFlower Inc. and LeapFrog, contributing to award-winning educational toys and AI products. Juliann holds a BFA in Photography from Brigham Young University.
