Kristina Pham

Kristina Pham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Employment and Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer at Shipt since June 2020, Kristina oversees the Employment Law team and collaborates on strategic initiatives for the legal department. Previous roles include Director of Legal - Employment & Legal Operations and various positions at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where significant contributions were made in employment litigation and counseling. Kristina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Master of Arts in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from UC San Diego. Additionally, Kristina was selected as an Academy Fellow by the National Employment Law Council and has a background in education as a special education teacher.
