Lytia Zazzeron

Lytia Zazzeron currently serves as the Director of Regional Operations for the West at Shipt since June 2022. In addition to this role, Lytia is a Non-Profit Board Member for the Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association since January 2024, contributing to the organization's mission of providing exceptional all-girls soccer experiences. Previously, Lytia held the position of Regional Director of People & Fulfillment Operations at Stitch Fix from May 2018 to June 2022, overseeing significant operational logistics and employee management. Lytia also has extensive experience at Target as a Store Team Leader from January 2010 to May 2018, where management encompassed a large team in a competitive retail environment. Additional roles include Financial Center Manager at Wachovia and Assistant Manager at Mervyns. Lytia is pursuing a Certificate in Change Management from Cornell University and is enrolled in Stagen Leadership Academy.
