Raj Kapoor

Raj Kapoor is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and value creation across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shipt since 2022, Kapoor is focused on enhancing last-mile delivery capabilities. In addition to this role, Kapoor is Board Chair of the Children's Creativity Museum in San Francisco, promoting STEAM education for children. Previous positions include Vice President of Lyft Business, where Kapoor led a cross-functional team to serve over 10,000 organizations, and Principal at Permira, overseeing tech investments. Additional experience includes senior roles at SquareTrade, Bain Capital, Microsoft, Beyond.com, and Accenture, with notable achievements in driving growth and strategic initiatives. Kapoor holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Biology & Society from Cornell University.
