Samantha Choo is an experienced professional currently serving as an Experience Strategist at Shipt since January 2024. In addition, Samantha holds dual roles as a Voice of Customer Market Research Analyst and Market Research Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since June 2022. Previously, Samantha worked as an Academic Tutor at ArborBridge from August 2022 to November 2023, and as a Research Project Manager and Research Project Assistant at Rice University from May 2021 to July 2022, contributing to the Diversity and Discrimination Psychology Research Lab.
