Sonali Navathe is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in various domains, including compliance, fraud mitigation, and machine learning pricing strategies. Currently at Shipt since January 2021, Sonali leads product strategy related to gig worker laws and pay transparency. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon, where Sonali drove the growth of private brands through advanced pricing tools, and XPO Logistics, where Sonali developed machine learning-based products for cost prediction. Sonali's career also includes positions at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, HAVI Global Solutions, Mile Square Health Care Center, Citibank N.A., and Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., showcasing a diverse background in supply chain engineering, demand forecasting, financial analysis, and brand management. Sonali holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MBA in Marketing from Nagpur University.
