William Justice

William Justice has accumulated extensive experience in outreach and engagement, currently serving as the Senior Outreach and Engagement Manager at Shipt since April 2020, with prior roles in shopper operations and communications within the same company. Before joining Shipt, William worked as a Benefits Specialist at Allstate Benefits and gained recruitment experience with Jacksonville State Football. Additionally, involvement in youth ministry as the Director of Youth Ministry at West Park Heights Baptist Church and camp staff at FUGE Camps demonstrates a commitment to community engagement. William earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Jacksonville State University, following a high school diploma from Douglas County High School.
