James Mikkelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and development. As Co-Founder of Shiptheory since January 2015, James has been instrumental in the creation of a cloud-based shipping automation platform. Concurrently, as Development Lead at Mad Capsule Media since August 2008, James has contributed to the development of vital Magento extensions that support numerous online stores by automating shipping processes. Previously, at NCR Corporation, James managed the installation of Self-Service EPOS systems and worked as an Embedded Web Developer at Parasense Ltd, focusing on reporting tools for refrigerant usage and energy conservation. Additionally, James served as a Support Analyst at Kerridge Computer Company. Academically, James holds an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of the West of England, completed in September 2021.
