Ryan Whalen

Ryan Whalen is an experienced professional in client success and management with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Veho, Ryan has also made significant contributions as the Founder of Weekday and as the Director of the Center for Customer Insights at Yale School of Management. Previous roles include Senior Category Manager at Wayfair and Chief Operating Officer at Stone & Skillet. Ryan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy and a Master of Science (MS) in Public Affairs from the University of Massachusetts - McCormack Graduate School for Policy Studies.
