Manish Gautam

Manish Gautam is an experienced operations and logistics professional currently serving as the Head of Operations and Customer Success at Shipway by Unicommerce since May 2024. Previously, Manish was a Founding Team Member at Aspiring Brands from February 2023 to April 2024 and held the position of Director at Shiprocket from November 2019 to February 2023. Manish's earlier roles include Logistics Manager at Club Factory and Manager of Logistics at Coats, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end supply chain management, daily production planning, and warehouse functions. Additionally, Manish served as Associate Category Manager at Snapdeal, Operations Manager at Shadowfax, and Deputy Manager at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where expertise in vendor management and operational metrics was developed. Manish holds a PGDM in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree from NIT Jamshedpur.
