Sostina Muzenda

Sostina Muzenda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and property development. Currently serving as a Project Officer at the Shire of Ashburton since May 2023, Sostina previously held the position of Property Development Manager at NMB Bank Limited Zimbabwe from September 2021 to August 2023, and at ZBFH from May 2018 to August 2023. Prior roles include Contracts and Projects Officer at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority from January 2014 to April 2018, and Quantity Surveyor at Classique from November 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included contract management and negotiation, project management, preparation of bills of quantities, estimates, and payment certificates. Academic qualifications feature an MSc in Construction Project Management obtained from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) in 2017, and a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying earned from the same institution in 2009.
