Mike Olsen

Mike Olsen is the President and Founding Partner at Shirley J Ventures LLC and has extensive experience in the foodservice industry. Mike previously held the position of Managing Director at Tahitian Noni Cafe and Tahitian Noni International. Mike also served as the Director of Food Service at the LDS Church for approximately 25 years.
