Mary T. Clarke

Mary T. Clarke is an Independent Director at Shiru and a management consultant with over two decades of experience in the specialty ingredient and regulated consumer markets. Mary is the founder of Brandywine Advisory LLC, a management consulting practice that supports clients with strategic plan development, organic and external portfolio expansion strategies, investment valuation, acquisition integration, enhanced customer engagement and marketing strategies, innovation management, and operational improvement. Clarke is an expert in food, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries, and has helped numerous manufacturing and investment firms expand their businesses. Prior to founding Brandywine Advisory LLC, Clarke served as Senior Vice President and General Manager North America for Naturex Inc., where they were responsible for the P&L and operations of the company's $200M North American business. Clarke has also served on the board of directors for the DE Sustainable Chemistry Alliance.

Mary T. Clarke has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Mary also has an Executive MBA in Finance from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware.
