Bailey Wise

Bailey Wise currently serves as the Director of S&OP for Drunk Elephant and Fragrance at Shiseido, overseeing supply and demand planning for high-profile brands including Tory Burch, Hermes, Narciso Rodriguez, and Issey Miyake since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Drunk Elephant as a Senior Manager and New Product Development Manager, and various engineering positions at L'Oréal, Unilever, and the University of Michigan. Notably, Bailey Wise contributed to significant operational improvements and efficiency projects involving Automated Guided Vehicles and quality systems at Unilever.
