Caitlin Flynn

Caitlin Flynn is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of US Channel Marketing at Shiseido since January 2025, Caitlin previously held the position of Vice President of North America Marketing at Give Back Beauty from November 2022 to January 2025, along with a stint as Senior Director of Trade Marketing for North America. Prior to this, Caitlin was Director of US Marketing for Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances at Shiseido from February to November 2022. Caitlin's earlier experience includes a decade at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where roles ranged from Omnichannel Marketing Lead for La Mer North America to Manager of Marketing. Caitlin began a professional career in marketing at The Solaris Group, LLC as a Marketing Coordinator. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Hamilton College.
