Emilie Falagan serves as the Sustainability, Insights & Innovation Director at Shiseido Group for the EMEA region. Previously, Emilie held the position of Insight & Innovation Director and has extensive experience in various roles including Head of Department, International Client Manager, and International Research Director at MSM. Early in their career, Emilie worked at Kenzo Mode as Assistante marketing stratégique and at Franck et Fils as Chargée de communication. Emilie’s academic background includes a degree in Marketing & Communication from Sciences Po and a DESS in Marketing et stratégie de communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
