Jenna Sheldon

Jenna Sheldon is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in the beauty and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Shiseido since April 2017, Jenna has previously held key roles including Director of HR Business Partner for Shiseido's Americas Shared Services and Global Brand Holders. Prior to Shiseido, Jenna worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bulgari, where oversight of HR operations across the Americas was managed. Additionally, Jenna has a background in HR consulting with JLS and extensive experience with L'Oréal and Chanel, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development. Jenna holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire.
