Minsun Lee

Minsun Lee currently serves as the Executive Director of Global M&A and Shiseido LIFT Ventures at Shiseido, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Minsun Lee contributed to consumer business development in M&A at Johnson & Johnson from January 2017 to July 2019. Minsun Lee's career began as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in 2007, followed by M&A Associate positions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates (2011-2013) and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz (2013-2016). Minsun Lee holds degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.
