Namiko Murayama

Namiko Murayama has extensive experience in human resources and health management, currently serving as Group Manager of the Wellness Support Group at Shiseido since January 2019. In this role, Murayama successfully achieved "White 500" certification for exceptional health and productivity management, developed targeted health initiatives for a predominantly female workforce, and led various health and safety initiatives. Previous roles include HR Manager at Shiseido, where operational health and safety systems were organized, and HR leadership positions at Baccarat Pacific and Amazon, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and improving HR procedures. Murayama's career also includes positions at ASICS Corporation and Haglöfs AB, among others, with a foundational education in Labor Law from Seikei University.
